Good game BUT games won’t save

Game is cute, fun, and beautiful to look at. Great sound effectis and music too. BUT, one big problem that must be fixed: CANNOT SAVE GAME PROGRESS.
This MUST be fixed. Not “should” be fixed… it MUST be fixed. What good is a computer game that cannot save your progress?
